Todd's Bio

My wife and I have lived in the Pleasant Hill area for 11 years where we raise cattle and hay on our ranch. I retired from the City of Eugene Wastewater Division in 2019 with 30 years of service and was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve as supervisor of the Facilities Maintenance, Equipment/Pump Station Maintenance, and Electrical/Instrumentation sections during this time with the last several years as Maintenance Manager. I have served on two elected boards previously, Upper Willamette Soil and Water Conservation District and Bartlet Township Board of Directors (North Dakota) and was appointed to the Bethel School District Budget Committee and the Lane County Livestock Association. We enjoy fishing, Eastern Oregon and family.

Kevin's Bio

As a 30 Year resident of Pleasant Hill, my wife Cathy and I have raised our 4 sons here and have been vested in the area. Long standing members of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, we feel that involvement builds strong communities. My goal as board member is to represent the voices of our voters here and the surrounding areas. I also aim to work with the Fire District to provide the best services and streamline the effectiveness of the combined districts.

Secretary / Treasurer

Rose's Bio

I have lived in the Goshen Fire District for 30 years with my husband who is a retired volunteer of the district. The last 3 years he has been driving a water tender for the multiple forest fires in Oregon. We lived in Lapine, Hillsboro and then moved back to Eugene early in our marriage. The property we are on is his family’s. We have 2 daughters, a son, a step son, several grandkids and of course you have to count the granddog. We love animals and have recently started raising ostriches. I have been on the Goshen board for 6 years and came to the board with no knowledge of what a board member does, much less a volunteer or Fire Chief. It has been my pleasure to learn what I have and to serve our constituents of the Goshen district. I am pleased with all of our accomplishments and look forward to our future endeavors for our district and neighboring districts.
